my buddy and i are gunna start work on a working mongoose. mocking up the frame in my welding class. hopefully it works!

i recently painted the upper arm/shoulder peice of my armor. i was wondering if there was a sealer that didnt give a glossy shine. i already have a metallic paint but the gloss makes it look....cartoony...if that makkes sence..so if there is a certain brand or something im missing please help.

try splitting the handle just enough to wedge the blades into each end then superglue/rubber cement them to gether....bondo and stuff after.

even if ur in the uk you could probably go to a scooter/ motorbike shop and find one pretty easily

go to a motorcycle shop near your house, they sould sel visors (gold,blue,red,silver,clear ect) at an alright price

ive been reading a round and heard about rondo...a mix between bondo and resin im guessing. but what are the mixtures or does it matter, or do u mix the mat all. im rather confused.:confused:

hello! forgot to say im new to the site. really liking how everyone is polite. ive done a few projects before finding this awesome site. so just a quick question about the strapping. (before i registered i downloaded the noble 6 stuff then decided to join) so i recently finished the arm and...

i read under one of the forums to put down tooth paste...personaly i havnt used that method. after puting down the metal paint(silver or silver grey) i put blue painters tape down where i want the scratches to be then after he final color i pull the tape off and then seal it with a clear coat.

on the inside..sorry forgot to clerify. then only bondo the outside. bondo is more for smoothing and detailing than anything

put down a layer of fiberglass then resin it again. i did it twice on my old one.
