Not really I use a dremel and cut it out I just rondoed the inside of my helmet last night

I usually do it after resin and cloth. Typically I rondo the top of helmet and than brush the rest if I even rondo the sides

Helmet is assembled I threw a coat of fiberglass on it waiting to dry now. If it warps I'll just grab some bondo.

Yeh I know about the spray paint but I think it looks kinda trashy in my opinion. And you dint have to shake it to get paint off of it I wait 30 seconds than spray her down with a hose
