Wow... thanks! That is a awesome idea! If you use a thinner material like that from cereal boxes, when panted will show a more glossy finish and will paint easier I believe. Then reinforce the inside with cardboard. Thanks!

Would I be able to make Cardboard armor by printing out the pep files on normal paper, putting them together, and then glueing the hardboard to and around the paper? After applying some sort of hardening puddy to the ouside of the armor and sand then paint.

Bender and Wings3d are both free 3d modelers, you can google them and get results asap. I don't like either of them personally. I've seen people use normal sanding paper, now I know nothing of sanding, but he said a 'medium' grip will do. Also to use a sanding block, because it just makes sanding easier.
