Alright, so i have my entire Mark VI suit pepped out except for the helmet and the boots. I've had a couple scalling difficulties so far, but i've worked through them all. My question is though how should i scale my boots and helmet. I've read that you mesure from your chin, out to your ears...

I've been working on my suit and the scaling has been coming along fine, but now ive gotten to the helmet and I am stumped. Is there a formula for figuring out what size to make the helmet? My head is average size, maybe a tad big. Has anybody made a helmet with a good scale that would work for...

Does anybody happen to know if fiberglass cloth and fiberglass resin is what i should be using to harden the inside of my pieces? I read the tuturials and the fiberglass there almost looks paper-ish. Will this fiberglass cloth material work?

Hey i just finished pepping alot of my parts and am ready to resin and fiberglass. From my reading it seems that some people fiberglass and resin the inside, and some resin and fiberglass the outside. Any suggestions on weather putting the fiberglass and resin on the inside or outside works better?

Oh, one more thing. I just finished my right forearm and ran into the same issue with scaling. I set my pepekura scale to 76'', because im 6' 4''. The orginal scale for the desighn was 86'', so am i doing somthing wrong with the scaling. I really dont want to redu three pieces, now, so im going...
