Finally started my Armor Build (pictures!)

Thanks guys =] Yeah, super glue on cardstock is what I'm using now. I don't have a glue gun nor the money to buy one at the moment, but I might do that when I get to later parts of the project. The only real problem I'm having is gluing the finer parts. I can't get them to stay, and when I press...

Finally started my Armor Build (pictures!)

Haha, don't worry, I'm not gonna be touching the magnum. The clip just seemed like an easy starter. I probably will eventually do it, but I've heard that weapons can be some of the toughest part of pepakura, so for now I'm sticking with the other stuff. The knife looked doable though, thats why...

Finally started my Armor Build (pictures!)

It all started when I finally got access to a cardstock and a printer. Now I've finished one knee, and am almost done with my FJ/PARA Shoulder. Next I'm working on the Knife I'm using, then probably a handplate, idk yet. Pepping is far from perfect on any of them, but it is my first pep job...

    Plausible Power Source Idea

Well, it only shorts out if you're wiring it while it's live. Safety would dictate that you remove all power sources before wiring. And then making sure to wire each thing individually, using color coded wires

    Plausible Power Source Idea

The idea is that it would be both practical, and appeasing to the eyes. It seems like it would be more work to make the grenades, and cut a section of the out to fit a battery, as every time you opened them back up, you'd risk damaging them. I wouldn't want the battery on the inside of the chest...

starting mark VI armor and need advice

Uhm, we're all very keen at helping people here...but if you had gone through the noob orientation video, among other very basic tutorials that are plastered all over the noob forum, you'd find everything you need to get started. As for advice...I suggest asking specific questions, they're much...

    cruelspartan84 here

Hi, I'm new as well, but I've done a great bit of reading. I've heard of people using 65Lb paper and 110....so I figure that 96 should work just fine. Hope you have fun, it's a great community, I, like most everyone else on here, am excited to see your first build!

    Plausible Power Source Idea

So I was thinking that with all of our suits having electronics of some sort, we need an easily accesible power supply, that can be changed when it runs out. I was thinking That if I used the HP/Halo Chest, There are the two grenades on the front of the chest, and along the bottom, sort...
