I am kinda befuddled(yes it's a word get used to it)What type, shape or size should i get. Do i bend or cut in to it? do i need a heat gun? what type of glue to keep it on? how can i make it so i can see crystal clear through it after working on it? my spelling sucks so please bare with me :oops:

I am working on a variant of the marine armor,the UNSC naval pilot. I made a cardstock spartan helment,but realized i'm not ready for such a big project. but nothings easy. am i the only one working on the pilot costume?
