Why has it taken me this long to see this? This looks like it'll be very helpful for me to actually complete my undersuit.

It's great to see how the armor worked in the video, and sorry to hear that it cracked, and great to hear that you can fix it. It's nice to see how well other armor builds are doing as mine has been on hold lately. Hope the Recon build goes well.

Found this line of model guns by TomyTec and remembered this thread. Don't know if the model line will be useful since it's not halo specific but it seems like it's around the right size for your diorama.

Nice, I'm still amazed when I see armor that stays on people while they run. Hopefully one day my armor will do that too.

Haven't been on in a while, but the site looks great with the new design. Also wanted to say that I went past the 405th booth at RTX this year (how I was able to go is another story entirely) and it looked like you guys did a great job with setup and explaining how the armor process worked.

I didn't use the hot box method so I don't know how different the out come would be from glassing and rondo in ambient temp. and open air; but it's been my experience that as long as the part is in an area with good ventilation the smell should disperse pretty quickly. There might still be a...

Update: So, seeing as how I need a good sewing machine to make a new undersuit for the armor and that I have to hold off on buying one as I will be moving within the next few months the armor is on hold as well. Aside from that, I'm now very happy I went with the fiberglass route as anything...
