Well if you didn't know this, the Lieutenant or Noble 6 is customizable character, you choose his/her armor. Try this http://veegie.com/Vanity/ The program will help you choose your armor configuration, so you know what files to get.

The man used Silicone RTV rubber or something like that to mold his foam armor. I also searched ebay and found a large selection or it will probably work with Mold Max.

I think he's talking about his film set, which is totally unrelated to this thread. On a side note I going to start using your armor files to make my foam armor, once I finish my MkVI helmet (75% complete).
