To be honest I was starting to slack off with my build after I got blisters from scoring and cutting but seeing this awesome helmet has totally given me a kick up the butt to get back into it, great work so far I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Really neat idea mounting the switch there. Have you considered putting some foam or something around the back section? Just in case someone knocks the helmet by accident you won't end up losing an eye or something :D

Measure the armour to fit your body, don't worry about fitting it over your head because you'll be splitting it down the road once it's glassed anyway. So long as the hole is big enough for your neck you won't have a problem.

Thanks, yeah I will put the braces in the helmet. It's warped a little bit a long the brim so I'm going to use some thicker card to brace it and pull it back in a little before it gets resin, that's why there is nothing in there now.
