Moar progress... Metalfr3q got his hands on some of that foam used for flower arrangements. It's really good stuff to sculpt with. It's firm and easy to shape with files and knives and it's fairly forgiving too, the dust is just REALLY gritty... Superglue and hot glue is suitable for joining...
