As far as I know the foam helmets are quite rare. Most people use the fiberglass helmet.

Its my first 3d modeling attempt... Extracted from game and improved by me a little. All credits to Bungie :D I will slice this if there are requests... No need to unfold, its already done on wiki from better model (I guess). I plan to do this out of aluminium as my first halo project...
