What do you mean? From what I understand, Pepakura is the program for creating papercraft models (which are sometimes referred to as Pepakura). If you mean can you make the armour from moulds, then yes, but that is a different type of armour development completely. You can find more here...

The render is looking good with a decent amount of detailing, but like everyone else has said it needs to be widened. I can imagine scaling it and having the front stick out by quite a bit.
