How will you smooth out the helmet to get the desired look since you're not using bondo?

Thanks! Yeah my little brother liked the helmet so i made it for him. It still needs more sanding but I had to leave back to school before I could.

I recommend getting a dremmel. It helps when restoring details and cutting down mountains of bondo. Its fast and easy.

This is it painted. Thats all from this project for now.

Well my little bro is happy about the helmet so far even though i wont be able to finish it completely. School is coming around and i have to go back. I will have an update of it painted tomorrow which will be the last update until next break.

Progress so far i got the visor installed now what i got next to do is LEDs and more sanding.

Re: HELP! Pepakura only prints numbers, no lines. Eagle this was from 2008. Please be aware of how long ago this was and how irrelevant you are to the post. Not only that but it is against the rules and frowned apon.

Well i had a similar problem my first pep. I never knew i had to have a hardener because it didnt come with one. So i went out and bought some and just reapplied it and it worked. From my judgement i think you should try a couple more layers of resin. If it doesnt work im afraid to say move on.
