Hey all - first Spartan build and figured I would go with my favorite - Emile.

Currently working on a setup to allow for me to see out the visor with it being opaque so I can keep the gold looking good!

Thanks Moe Sizzlac for the files! I edited a few for mobility and assembly.

Currently adding filler and then will do foam work for under suit and layering.

Printers: Ender 5 Plus and Elegoo Centauri Carbon. Breakdown of print times and quantity of filament used can be found HERE. Feel free to copy the spreadsheet for your own use; it tracks parts on the second sheet and updates the 'to print' list.

Filament is Elegoo's PLA Plus. I find it MUCH easier to sand than typical PLA. I am going through with 220 grit before and after applying my green gloop.

Really happy with how my magnet embedded solution to the knife sheath worked out as well.

Today is working on sanding. Too cold to prime and paint so fingers crossed I'm going the right direction!

Priming first pass. Using a plastic welder (soldering iron w/ a wood burning tip) to smooth out a lot of the overhanging areas with poor print quality.

Still need to create soft sections for inner thighs, and begin the strap/attachment process.
Initially thought of going with a flight/jump suit so I can sew on velcro as need, but may end up going with a harness system for lower pieces.
