3D slicer

Depending on the printer you're using, you could have a slicer that's specifically designed for your printer.

But some of the great free ones are cura and prusa slicer.

I suggest giving cura a try, its a pretty straight forward program with quite a few tutorials online thats beginner friendly. It's ability to let you change your infill, speeds, support type and adhesion are very straight forward. I've only had issues with it's previews on a few prints not lining up with the brim adhesion for my Anker printer.
