I am using this thread to document my build of a commission, hoping to get some pointers from Rosh and others on the visor but for right now I am building from the boots up.

as a bit of an update, currently working on the helm, base made of foam with a visor to come soonish, possibly borrowing Rosh's idea of decals as opposed to a full on carved image but we shall see.

small bit of an update, I have been sick for the last while and been working on a Voltron helm for another client as well. if all goes well I should have the thighs done by sunday.

oh and where did you find the voltron file if you dont mind me asking.

googeled it and found it on RPF, for http://www.therpf.com/f24/voltron-references-creating-pepakura-files-208205/ but the scale for it was way too small.
