Hi all :)
This is just gonna be a thread where I can post the journey/results of me trying to make my first proper weapon. I've done one other weapon model before but I never finished it due to design errors on my part.

A couple days ago I was looking around on the internet looking for cool weapons to model and print out, and I saw this lovely thread. I was very inspired so I fired up blender and modeled my own version based on their templates.

I tried to include a few functions into it, I made the magazine removeable, and the slide should be able to slide back, but I haven't tested the mechanism yet. I have the grip currently printing right now, so I'll update this thread once I have everything printed out.

I hope you guys like it :)

Wow that's some awesome progress! is the goal to print this up yourself or just the modeling at the moment?

As someone learning blender, I commend you haha I'm a strugglin.

Yes, I’m currently printing out the pieces for it right now.

Need to reprint the grip and print the detail pieces, but it’s nearly done.

I feel it, heck I'm still not finished with moving things over and have everything where I want it to be, but that's me getting distracted with projects at the same time. Hope the move has gone okay!

The print looks CLEAN, reminds me that I need me a magnum. great job!

Thank you for the kind words :)

I'm quite happy with the print, my A1 has served me very well.
