Advice on my armor build?

Hey! So I started an Agent Texas cosplay (from RVB, as I RP her in a kik chat) but didn't get very far because I got totally stumped on the helmet due to all the little pieces. Is there an easier armor piece to start on? Also, if I wanted to build the chest piece off of a pepakura file, where could I go that could print out the stencils for me so the pieces would fit? My printer isn't capable of putting such big pieces on to single sheets, which makes things a bit difficult. Anything helps, thanks!

you could try find some halo mjolnir mark 6 foam pepakura files if you dont like all the small pieces they are in the in the 405th file archive but i'd recommend watching a few youtube vids on pepakura building before you start as they are very helpful
