Alphonze Elric Pep files and Edward automail tut

Hey guys, after searching the web I have found two things people here might be interested in.

first off, Alphonse Elric pep files (NOT MADE BY ME):

Now this Edward Elric Automail tutorial isnt the simplest or easiest, but definitley good if you have about $50-$70 and 2 weeks of free time:

List of things needed (that i could see):
.030 styrene at least 4' x 4' square

3mm thick craft foam

Black Elastic

Gem-Tac (a non-water-soluble fabric adhesive available at Michael's and other craft stores)

metal button/Studs or plastic painted ones.

Multicolored wires

Just to be clear: can everyone access the pep files? someone told me they needed a password and I dont remember ever putting one on there. it should be public access.
