I need the following items:

Plastic,
Rubber.

(and if there are other mold making materials im not awere of please tell me)

Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... Much!

I'd go for vaccum forming, if you can carve something really awsome in clay, you can make a really awesome plaster mold of it, then vacuum form it, vac form armor is cheaper since the plaster can be bought anywhere cheap unlike silicon molding, detail may not be as sharp, but it is still there, and with a good paintjob, no one will notice, look at briar's armor, they mass make vacuum form suits and they look nice, it's just it isnt as nice because their detail wasnt carved as fine and wasnt right shaped here and there, but over all it shows what you can do with vac forming if you do it right....otherwise if you have the money...go for it like adam did, or spase....that comes out good too. (the best probably)

The only problem with Vaccum forming is... well vaccum forming, as not every has/ can get access to the machinery to do it in, i'd personally love to be able to make in vac forming, but am being led down the molding road due to availability, I do remember seeing some diy machines but i question their ability.
However if you do have access to or want to try a DIY machine then i agree it is the best option available and is much cheaper and easier to do.
The problem with molding is the amount of material required to do a full suit, as the sticky says. So even if you can find suitable material on amazon you're going to need alot of it.

I have done some vacu-forming back in the day and its not the easiest thing in the world. Its very difficult. Once you start vacu-forming, you will know why. It all takes trial and error.
