Armor Fitting

So I have started working past the helmets(because they need to cure) and I finished making the gauntlets and hand plates. So I decided to work on the shin part next and made one, but I think its a little big(by only a few cm). With my knee just fitting inside the armor, it goes to only 2 inches above the joint for my foot. Is that right or should be shorter?

Just make your thighs smaller and wear your shins up higher

looking at your pic, i would leave it for now. do up your boot pep and check the spacing. if the gap is too big, you can notch out you knee guard to lower it down 1/2".

Thank you, I just recently finished peping my thighs and cod piece and wore them all at one and they look pretty good just hard to keep in place right now being only cardstock.
