It says super deluxe, that show is messed up, too random and....welll....kiddish in a way.
I saw that on TV the other night, masterchief pops out and owns the guy.
If your using photoshop, go to Image>Image size and change the size of your gif to 100-150 depending on how big you want it, it will resize every frame to be accurate, thats how Imade my avatar, except my avatar was made frame by frame, not from video.
