Hmmmm. Matter hackers petg filament is only $19.75 USD if you buy 10+... Free 2-3 day shipping too...

I know Punished Props like matter hackers filament, has anyone else used it? How it is?

On the note of PLA literally just..melting. will that still happen even under like..primer, paint, top coat?
Depending on your coatings, yes and yes. Reflective or light colour top coatings will be less heat absorbent which keeps the inner layers slightly cooler and less melty. Matte black SPARTAN? That's a walking heat sink made of thermoplastic.

So how much direct sunlight would it normally take?
Is just a few minutes walking around going to just destroy it all?
I’m actually Not doing spartan armor yet, doing some Mandalorian armor first and would obviously want some outside pics once it’s done lol.

35°C+ in direct sunlight on a hot summer day for long periods of time and you'll get some squishy bits, not like catastrophic failures but stuff may become malleable or stretchy.
