A non-Halo project and it's from a playstation exclusive game? Feeling like a traitor at the moment!
Goals
Attire: just the regular Hunter set

Holy Moonlight Sword: specifically the lit up version with a neopixel setup to light the blade

Model purchased on etsy
Progress
Attire: not much, but the coat pieces are being cut up
Holy Moonlight Sword: when I started this project, I thought of just making it out of foam, until I saw this model on etsy:
Fantastic model, but two problems. The seller did not keep the original file and only had the sliced up parts, making it difficult for editing. Second, this is the powered down version:
So everything had to be grouped back together, all holes for steel rods had to be filled, the original blade be removed and replaced with the new blade

once that was done, I had lots of help from the saber community for the electronics and once that was figured out, I dug out holes in the handle for electronics and a poly tube. I proceeded to print a prototype and currently waiting on the electronics to arrive to test fit everything
also waiting for some clear PLA for the blade
