C2E2 2026 Info and Roll Call: March 27th, 2026 - March 29th, 2026

If you are helping with tear down and are plannign on coming to the BNKr for the post C2E2 BBQ, please reach out to me in DM either on the forum or Discord. I have space for people to stay if needed, but i am not responsible for transportation. please let me know if you plan on staying over and try and carpool if possible. If you or your group has not reached out to me, you will most likely not have space to stay, so please reach out sooner than later.

and just an FYI I am an hour northwest of the convention center. I live in Lake in the Hills IL

First post is updated with dinner info

Dinner Plans:

Dinner will be held Saturday evening starting tentatively at 7:30PM. We are aiming to go to our usual location in McCormick Place, however plans may be required to change if the space is occupied or otherwise being used by another group so please be checking the Discord announcements day of to see if this happens.

We'll be ordering and picking up pizzas. If you want to get in on the order please fill out this form and follow the instructions on how to pay in advance.

Also to make it more visible, here's the photoshoot information. There is both the Official C2E2 Meet Up on Friday AND our group photoshoot on Saturday.

The photoshoot will be on Saturday, March 28th, 2026
Time: 8:30AM

Photographer Information:
Fallen, Emp Frosty, and JTF4 will all have cameras and tripods to set up for photos

Shoot Details:

All group photos that are listed as staple 405th posing and groups will be available for free to all members, and payment is NOT required to participate in the shoot. It is encouraged for professional personal and group content. A list will be curated for the photographers beforehand and they will run this as a tight schedule to allow time for custom content/groups/videos per my directive.

After the shoot, we will proceed from our shoot sight demonstrating a "Show of Force" walk from site to the main convention floor, large C2E2 letters, and perform what we can of a large lap/walk through of the center within reason. It is encouraged during this time to play your part of the Halo Universe; be courteous, be inspiring, and keep it clean.
