Ok, so for my odst armor im gonna try to cast off of my pep. Heres what i think i gonna do. If anyone has any tips 4 me i would greatly appreciate it!

1. Pep the files

2. Resin the peps

3. Bondo and add details

4. Cast off of bondo with silicon

(and just to be safe i searched this before making this topic)

Well, good Luck with that, its easy!

I´ve never used Fiberglas anymore, but you have to glue the Parts correct so that you have no big Leaks.

And you can work in the House with that when you cover the Floor!

My whole Marine Suite is Pep and Urethane only, okay, with a little Fiberglasmats on some Places^^

But no Polyester Resin at any Place.

I'm actually going to start doing this as well with my weapon files, adding clay for some detailing instead of bondo (easier to sculpt).

Can't stress enough the complete glueing and well covered resining of the pieces. I did this with my original gauntlets and shins... worked great, but I did a poor job glueing... a little messy, but worked grrrrrreat!

I just fill the pep with a layer of smooth-cast 300. I use this also instead of fiberglass.

Note: I resin the outside before I plastic the inside.

Yes I know the smooth stuff.

but Im saying make the model by filling the pep solid with wax.

may need to glue pep tabs on exterior. So that there is no tab indensions on the wax model
