So I've been lurking on your post for quite a while now using lots of your ideas! Here is my attempt at the Chief.

I'm now curious where you got the orange hex pattern for the visor? I have a gold-tinted one but it doesn't show well in low light.

AltReaper- - it's called a rodent guard for drains and gutters, you can buy it in spools at home depot, cheap too.

so I'm off to an annoying start, I started working on one forearm, did most of the detailed parts, then came to the realization that the file i was using looks NOTHING LIKE Master Chiefs forearms...blargh. I'm switching to Rhinoc's very basic forearm file...the shape and faces look good, I can add the details myself. Cameo cutting now...

Hey where did you find Rhinoc's files? I'm only seeing 1 forearm and its high def.
