CHEST ARMOR -- Help and suggestion how to make this possible.

I'm planning on cosplaying this character,
still checking out the details for this, i noticed
the chest armor looks cool but im not sure
i know how to make it. Any suggestions guy's?

Using eva foam would be your best option for that in my opinion. Just make you templates out of paper, trace it on the foam mat, and cut it out. Then for the raised edge you could either trace the line the distance you want from the inside, cut it, push the foam in some to create the recess, then glue it....or use thinner foam to create the edge and just glue it on.
