Not many tips specifically, All I can say is if you mess up try again, Also when folding a piece before you glue it on hold it together and see how it will look on it, remember that as a reference for gluing... That is the only thing that you couldnt read in all of the stickys, because this armor is just like every other armor, work through it after all the reading and you should do just fine!

Which one of the Guns? The Lancer? I'm not a cog armor person, heck i'm not even a pep person But I'll bet you could find one using the search

All these are Spartan051's files, I just re-unfolded them. The results were smoother and cleaner than the originals(sorry to those who already built them). *Applause YAY! Now I can rebuild the whole thing with CardStock and not Regular Paper!! My old set kinda crumbled, and so did I. So I'm going to have to start all over again I'm afraid. Sorry PSBeretta

Thanks about the unfolds. i just hope we get some more builds coming along. My stuffs on hold for a little. Im in the middle of moving back to the states so I have to find a way to get all my finished pep there safely. Anyways, I love the paint on the greaves, but i wouldn't change the torso armor too much. The greaves are generally "browner" and darker than the rest due to the dust and dirt. so i thing its a good contrast.

Length: 45-48 inches(I'll explain later)

5mm margins

Threshold: 162 (for best results)

Font: 5pt

The second picture explains the length. Since the the model wasn't created along the X and Y axis but more at an angle, the dimensions in Pepakura Designer are off. I had to build the model in the 2d window along the length of the weapon(NOT AN EASY TASK)to see how big it would be built. Anyways, the paper is 11" long, it crosses 4 pages, and i left off a couple of pieces near the buttstock which i estimate are about 2 to 3 inches.



I'll be posting an even bigger model(around 5ft)in the near future. Enjoy.

Absolutely great work well done cant wait to see the full suit when its finished I'll Check back in a month or something. And I'm no expert but I think you should paint the body like the boots I like them A LOT 5 stars

Hey bro, Welcome to the 405th. Thanks for trying to share, but all those file are from members here. They should be posted on this threads front page. Take a look. You will find lots of different weapons, full Carmine sets, and even a revised set of the Fenix armor which would be great to use as a Hoffman mod or even Jace Statton. If you find anything else that my be helpful, just feel free to post. Us Gears guys here are a small unit inside the 405th that appreciate both universes.
