Comic Con 09?

I was wondering if the 405th goes as a group to Comic Con?

comic con 09 already happened. i was there along with a few other 405thers. nobody went as a group some of us just kinda showed up. i ran into a few people from here. comic con '10 is in the beginning of october. im planning on being there i dunno about anyone else. i think itd be cool to have something organized.

well it depends which comic con youre talking about. theres one in new york (where i went) and another in san diego thats all i know about.

Ill be going to comic con san deigo next year if i can fit it in my road trip, I'm planning on it being the starting point if i still decide to start from that side of the US.

the 4 day passes have been sold out for a few days, but i think there are a few 1 day passes left.

i go every year.

Just to throw out a group gathering idea, Me and 3 others are working
diligently on our new ODST armor, and wilkl probably meet with another
group that plans to go as marines this year again. We'll have cortana and
a chief showing up as well. We'll meet randomly as of right now because
it's 4 months away, but as of now, everyday, except Sunday are our Halo
days. If anyone is willing to make the effort, I'll be happy to meet up if
arrangements are made.

I was planning to go to Comic Con in San Diego this year once I finnish my Halo Wars Spartan. I have a lot of time to do so, so I don't really have to rush. But I'm, not entirely sure if I will be able to go this year.

I'm almost sure I'm going which is why I asked. If I go, I will be going as a Marine (which I'm currently making) btw, so I could help with your marine squad. I missed out on the 4 day passes so I will go the first and second day, primarily for the parade. And btw I'm a noobie to the Convention scene, so any help would be appreciated! Oh also I will be making a YouTube video of the parade and event so if anyone has any film from when the event goes on, send it to me asap after the convention. I'll post (or give you directly) the email later. Should be awesome if we get a bunch of people!

theres a parade this year? where? in the center? there is no way san diego will close its freeway, which is in front of the con for a parade.

would be strange seeing a parade there as well. not that kind of con.

dont knwo if ill have mine done yet, but ill be there as soem 501st stuff as well as a link possibly, and maybe bring my astromech as well.

As I believe, there is a parade that goes through the Convention Center, not the freeway. And if we go as a group, we will parade as a community.

I'm most likely going to San Diego Comic Con, I just don't know which day to go.
I've never been to a con before, which is the best day? Saturday is already sold out, Friday is close so I was thinking that one.
