After a recovery from a surgery I'm back and have made some decent progress on the armour, I've been able to print both shins, full boots a new mk 6 helmet and now soon printing the biceps

also making a shed to store the armour and my own workstation, I thing some movement I have will be restricted but really all I need is to be able to hold a rifle and sit

One question I have is how do I first increase my height for accurate spartan height and what shoes/boots should I use for the armour to attach to?

My go-to is high top hiking/work/combat boots and thick soles. Boots give the shin armor something to ride on other than your ankle bones.
