Corvo Attano Cosplay HELP

Hey guys!
I'm doing a Corvo Attano Cosplay, from the game Dishonored. I love this game, and I do recommend it. However... I'm going to make the costume. Fabric for clothing? No problem. Bone Charms? No problem. The mask? Huge problem. I'm going to be sculpting it out of clay and I need to mold it over to something less heavy and less brittle.. Which is where I need you guys. there is a really god corvo pepakura file. basically everything you need for reference and material.

just build the inside of the mask with thin metal and wonderflex. the outside with pepakura and wonderflex. just give it a try.

what is the finish like with wonderflex? does it sand like bondo or plastic or is it gummy?
