From the looks of things, your name cannot be seen when viewing your account.
If it's a certain post or thread where your name is shown, you can reach out to division staff to request deletion of said thread?

Just a thought... If its a concern about data breaches putting his real name in the hands of bad actors, and not about it being visible to other members....

Do you think the brass would be okay with updating the database with a dummy last name? "Bob Whatzup" or whatever.

It's something I'd have no info on – I possibly can bring it up to them but I cannot speak for them

What you can do is actually manually change your username if that's what you are wanting to do.
