Just downloaded your pep files... I'm new to pep after only building an MKVI helmet so far... Now I may just be getting myself confused but do your pep files only have the pieces for half of the build? Then I'm guessing you print it out twice or something?

my secret?
I hide my mistakes
lol heres an example - fore arm armour. 1st build was too small. So re-built it to a scale I preferred.
initially with the 1st build on my arm
2nd build
BUT, honestly - they way I do it is to transfer techniques from my 1:1 build. I am new to foam, but not to other prop building. I basically sit infront of the computer with selected ref images then upscale to fit MY body and shape. So I do not go for a nice figure, I template on card and hold it up to my body and look at the overall impression. Then I build it, and if there is doubt in my mind I rebuild.
for instance - my Briareos build - I built abt 3 helmets in the end
but went from this

for the undersuit - I toyed with more foam glued onto a standard lycra suit
but I wanted the textured appearance - so want a a compromise - I considered too the Android Morph Suit or the Batman Dark Knight cycling lycra. I chose the later

so..... no Titan is really good to go without a weapon
tried to find a Nerf I could mod - but nothing was close enough
so decided to scratch build.
Weapon scratch building really isnt my cup of tea, but needs must
