I saw in your other thread that you want to do a Female Reach suit, correct? We do not have a Foam optimized version of the Female Reach bicep in The Armory, but you could use the standard Pepakura template in the Female Reach suit base as a base for Foam.

There are several threads here on the Forums that discuss how to use Standard Pep templates for EVA Foam, but the big things are to remember to taker into account the thickness of your foam, and to turn off flaps in in the 2D menu of Pepakura. You can also ignore or delete any small pieces.

Confusion with foam and pepakura
I've been wanting to create a set out of armor out of foam and heard that the Halo 3 ODST 1.2 armor from the armory would be a good start. While I have some basic understanding on pepakura and its assembly, but I have zero clues on how to use templates meant for foam. From where to attach...

Asking for help to use Pepakura files on EVA foam
My apologies if this isn't the right section to ask: How do I translate the Pepakura files on to EVA foam? I noticed each piece has a trapezoidal fold flap. Do I cut that part off when I trace the template on the EVA foam? (see image below)
