My friend sent his back in 7 times, sent angry email to support, got a brand new one with the new falcon chipset, it runs cooler and hasnt broke for nearly a month now. They also sent him a copy of all the games he bought, he sent him the scratched disc and they gave him all 24 games brand new their case.
