Check out Andrew DFT on YouTube, he has some really good foam ODST armor tutorials. The template is very cheap, costs around 1.50€ if I remember it correctly.

Which version of ODST are you looking for? There's definitely quite a few variations and if you're specific you might get a few more hits from helpful 405th members.
