Filling/reinforcing Pep Pieces

A lot of people have spoken about using Smoothcast 300-320 in their pep armor to reinforce it early on as opposed to fiberglass (another great option) so i've come to wonder- is there anything (somewhat like smoothcast) that can be poured (without heating) into pep armor for it to harden later??? IDK what it is but i feel like there must be a household item that could do this...anybody???
