Right, so me and my friend have thought this through,

and we're positive it'll work. We have the parts and we're gonna be making over the holidays.

Glow up eyes - From LED's on the inside of the helmet, pointing away from the eyes to avoid pain :p

Voice Changer - Adds flux to the voice as its like in the film, schematics can be found here

AUX Plugin through the speakers - Yes, for MP3's just to annoy people :D

Plans here... I call it, the Iron Plan (see what I did there!?)

Everyone is free to use the ideas if you please :)

Credits to Adam, yes I added you this time :p

Loving the iron plan. Can you give me a link to that file thought. It looks way easier than the file that i have.

Thanks, and yes you can my friend :D

Its Sharkhead's files, the most accurate to the film as you're going to get.

Right, so here's the face pep I've just finished making.

Yes it's seperate, because we're having it slide up as it is on the film :D

Hopefully tape will keep it together during bondo.

Very nice. Clean! Can't wait to see more pics as you complete the suit. I would also like to see pics of you making the voice changer.

Face plates looking good. I still think the best build method would be to make it as one piece and then cut the face plate out. Stop any possible warpping of the face plate.

Also, you're using an old version of Sharkheads pep, his latest has more detail in the back.

It was unfolded by L3X, here it is:

I've been told that before xD

I'm using electricians tape to attach it to the rest of the helmet to keep it stable.

And I would but this would be my 3rd pep and frankly I can't be bothered :p

If it turns out the helmet I'm making currently is too small for me, then I'll use that one after.

But if it does..

I hope my dremel skills hold up :p

Cheers,
