Hey everyone!
In preparation for our upcoming appearance at MegaCon, we’ve been looking for opportunities to bring folks together and make meaningful progress on booth preparation. As part of that effort, Jocko03 has graciously offered to host a build weekend for our members in the FL area. The intent of this build weekend it to allow us to start the assembly of the room walls and also build some of the additional props/terrain for the new booth! The build will take place on February 21st and 22nd, with a start time of 10:30 AM on Saturday, and Sunday being a little more open of a start time. This will be a working build session, but it’s also a great opportunity to collaborate and get hands-on with a major piece of the booth well ahead of the event.
Additional details, including location and any other logistics, will be shared closer to the build weekend. For now, this post is meant to start the conversation and gauge interest.
If you’re able to help out, interested in lending a hand, or just want to be involved in the process, feel free to reply here. We’d love to see as many people as possible participate.
