Foam Alphonse Armor

so i deiced to make my first full armor the Alphonse armor. since i didnt want to make it out of fiberglass foam was the next best thing.

for the helmet i will be using the pep file i got from A_Guardian the rest i will build my self from scratch using this pic

note: my pic has a lot of lines and math. on a side note math is evil...

here is my guinea pig helmet note size was to big

ok so to figure out my scale i used my biggest shirt then i started the math so i made my template right on the foam

then cutting

so most of the upper body is done except arms. using rope to bend foam

i will finish the lower body this weekend or next and post pics.
I'm getting help by my friend one_guy mostly math breaks by reach or other builds were working on.

P.S. foam+ super glue = don't put fingers to close cause it gets to hot and burns

forearms are about 70% done then the rest of the arm
not bad for what i got done. plus i was moving and working about 9 to 10 hr days

i didnt add all i had for the helmet since when i made it the helmet was to big and i didnt know to what scale i was going to make it. Plus since it a test helmet i was going to paint it black and gold for decoration. i wouldn't mind the pep so i can compare and choose the one i like
