Halo 3 Legendary Helmet Visor Updgrade [Any Tipps?]

Hi @ All (This is my first Thread in the forum)

I'm working at the moment on a Upgrade of my Halo 3 Legendary Helmet and I want to change the visor.

I thought about upgrading the helmet with a Open Face Shield like this one:

What is the best way to cut the face shield exactly to the helmet?

I'd say see if the visor you have, can be warped or bent by using a Heat-Gun on the plastic, to bend it to the area appropriate for your visor parameters.

Ps ... You might want to buy one of these to use as a cutter:



Also Buy a flex-arm with it so maybe you can use it to sand. very cool stuff.
