halo 4 how to screen shot and save??

hi everone, i was wondering if someone knew how to save your screenshots and pass them to your pc??? i knew how to do that with reach but halo 4 i dont have a clue and it would be nice to have halo 4 multiplayer screen shots as a desktop or as armor refrences for the people who make the designs for pepakura.

i think you need a capture card for the moment, 343 is working on the file systems
