Halo Flash Game

After looking at a topic a while back about someone that was making a Halo game for the DS if I am correct it got me to thinking about having a game running on Flash or Java that would be 2D sidescrolling, have at least 6 levels to it and it would be free to play now for the questions what would I need to get this going I am sure that I would need artists and flask or java language people to design the game with if anyone has ideas or knows how to help post here.

How about you just download Halo Zero? It would be much simpler.

A Halo Flash game would be in Flash (It's a program by Adobe). Look up Flash, it's a great program if you have the money.

You could also use landofthespartan's idea, Halo Zero is a really fun game.

But you would be using Action Script, Flash's programming language. From what I read about it, it's not that hard compared to other languages and is VERY popular (look at newgrounds.com)
