1st Build Halo Infinite Cavallino Cat ear Build

I want to build my first build for a Convention in about a Month sadly im struggling to find files for it.
I plan to use the MKVII armor files from the Armory but i cannot for the life of me find foam files for the cavallino the cat ears i can probably wing but the helmet iself im not sure if i can manage. I have no idea how to make files myself and i dont have a 3D printer nor can i afford to get it printed. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
Im at the point where i might just take any helmet and plop the cat ears on it but i really wanted to do this one since its the first halo i have ever played.

No foam cavallino helmet files on the 405th yet that I know of...
