Halo lore questions about the Spartan-III Program

Since I updated my Agent Washington cosplay to be based off a Spartan-III (all i did was rearrange the numbers on the chest to B619), my questions regarding the Spartan-III program are:

1: what is the max service number tag for a Spartan-III that’s apart of Beta Company?(B-###) I am asking because I made my Agent Washington cosplay’s lore based off a Spartan III in my headcanon, David-B619.

2. (this is a question i have been pondering for some time) Can Spartan IIIs requisition the Mark VI armor (the one chief wears in Halo 2-3)?

The IIIs service number appears to be based on the size of the candidate pool for each Company. For example, Alpha company had 497 candidates who were conscripted, only 300 became Spartans, with the highest SPARTAN III service number in Lore to come out of them being Rosenda-A344. One could assume that the highest service number from Alpha would then have been 497.

Beta Company had 418 candidates conscripted, with 300 successfully graduating as IIIs, with the highest number in Lore being Catherine-B320, so following the logic of Alpha company, the highest Service number from Beta would probably be B-418.

Regarding your 2nd quesion. Ofc the surviving S-III can get the newer armor models. All the "special-candidates" (like Noble- Team) recieved the Mjolnir upgrade. And the last surviving member June also is part of the Spartan IV program now. They have even the Mjolnir GEN II. So everything inbetween is doable I would guess.
