Ughh, Where to begin?

1: Your IMG tags are put on incorredtly.
2: Those links lead to files on your personal intranet, rather than the internet, thus making them un-viewable to anyone but you.
3: Put pics from your computer onto the internet using an image hosting site, such as photobucket.com.
