Last year I have purchased a foam helmet from commission, but the visor is too blurry.
Thanks to suggestions from N8TEBB about visibility improving suggestions, I decided to buy a plastic headlight polish(PlastX) and a microfibre cloth to see if there are any improvements.
Currently it takes more elbow grease to buff out with a circular motion of using the cloth but I would say PlastX is kinda show some results despite being a gentle abrasive while having an unpleasant chemical smell(you will get used to it eventually).
Although I cant remember how many times I have buffed with the polish but the visibility is sort of improved a little, at least its a bit clear when you are looking at the TV or computer screen but do not expect to see it 100 percent clear especially objects that are far away(well that is how tailor made quality works).
That is all I have to share about hand-buffing vac-formed visor experience.
