Helmet fitting?

I've seen some people have nice foam padding in their helmets, so what do I use with papercraft? I've been tempted to go find a motocross helmet or something and just form the papercraft around it. If not padded, how do you get a nice fit with the helmet?

ok, im in a commercial diving academy, we use these things called snoopys for the inner lining to our helmets, just do a search on them,

they go into the kirby morgan helmets

You can buy padding, like at walmart. I use it for keeping bees out of my air conditioner.
