I know from reading the tutorials that you aren't suppose to use "Scotch" tape but that's what I used. So far, no issues at all. Many of my armor parts are fiberglassed and not one has come apart. Of course, I used a lot of hardener in the fiberglass and worked fast. You can see it so far if you want in the noob section.

I used tap too and no problem here. I also paper mached it at it looks better then some of the fiberglassed ones i've seen here.

I found a mixture of tape and glue to be useful, if the tabs were either very small or fiddly/awkwardly placed i just used ordinary tape
